A mission built from real-world experience.
I came from Venezuela with a Bachelor of Criminology and added a Diploma of Counselling here. International training plus Australian frontline practice. That double lens shapes everything I build.
Eight years across OOHC, NDIS, Youth Justice and community services in Western Sydney showed me the same gap: young people had plans, no structure to carry them. So I built the structure. Supporting Communities Australia is the NDIS Registered Provider I founded for ages 12 to 20. Elevate Youth Lab™ is the four-stage mentoring framework I designed for the role I wished I had on the floor.
