A mission built from lived experience.
I came to Australia from Venezuela with a degree from the University of the Andes and a Diploma of Counselling, and one clear conviction: that every young person, regardless of disability, trauma or background, deserves more than a plan on paper. They deserve the structured support to build a real life.
Eight years of frontline work across residential care, disability support and community services showed me the same gap every time: young people had plans. Nobody was teaching them to execute. I built Supporting Communities Australia, an NDIS Registered Provider, and created Elevate Youth Lab™, a structured capacity-building model for young people with disability and those in Out-of-Home Care. Because the young people I sat with every day deserved more than the status quo.
Today I'm a recognised Youth Independence Leader, speaker and coach working across Greater Sydney. I host the Team with the Queen podcast, deliver 1:1 coaching for immigrant women entering the sector, and work with organisations ready to lead with clarity. My work is grounded in one belief: the right support changes everything.
